About Heather.
Heather Kahoun is a former educator, mother of three students in the Osceola School District, and a local business owner.
​
Heather was raised in this community, went to college in the greater Central Florida area, and came right back to Osceola County. It is here where she started her career in education, purchased her forever home in the heart of District 4, and chose to raise her family.
